LOCATIONS: Rotterdam, Rotterdam Harbour
CLIENT: Silverback Films
HollandFixer was thrilled to collaborate once again with Silverback Films, this time on the fifth episode of The Earthshot Prize series. The challenge was to produce a segment remotely, focusing on the journey of South-American grapes as they arrived in Rotterdam’s harbor in a reefer container. Despite working remotely, our team was determined to deliver a high-quality segment that met the strict guidelines set by the BBC and was ready for broadcast within a tight deadline.
Our team of experts conducted extensive research and utilized their expertise in location scouting and management to ensure a smooth shoot. We captured the process of opening and inspecting containers of grapes and other fruits at the depot and arranged a shoot at Kloosterboer, where we filmed the grape packaging line in action and conducted an insightful interview. Working remotely meant we could utilize our own crew and equipment, which allowed us to provide invaluable production support to Silverback Films and deliver 4K raw video within the tight deadline.
Working with HollandFixer remotely was a seamless experience. Their team’s professionalism and expertise allowed us to deliver a high-quality segment that met our strict guidelines and highlighted the importance of sustainable agriculture practices.– STRUAN KANE
